I barbecued some ribs last night

The path to a healthier me has not been straight and narrow. When it comes to food, there's just too much temptation.

Last night, I barbecued the most awesome ribs. But I'm OK with it. I had only one rib and some vegetables and potatoes.

In some parts of the U.S. ribs take on a whole pride issue. Who makes the best ribs?

I'll never forget the ribs from a Los Angeles family that set up a food booth at a city fair. I happened to be in the area for several days. Part of my routine on those days was to have a couple ribs from their stand. They were big, meaty, juicy, and tasty.

I don't know what the secret was to their award-winning ribs, but I know some of us are looking to either cook or find the best ribs again!
